Our act is a performed by a trio of exceptional magicians who individually have their speciality skill-sets:
1 Pickpocket, 1 Mind-Reader and 1 Magician.
It provides entertainment for your reception drinks, table entertainment during the meal – and an after-dinner show. It is a uniquely varied entertainment experience and simply a great fun evening for your guests, full of magic and laughter, and will help to make your event unforgettable!
Pickpocket Mind-Reader Magician
Pickpocket
Matt has world-class pickpocketing skills. He dips pockets unnoticed and can steal watches in a matter of seconds (see the footer video). He can even take someone’s tie off and put it on himself without them noticing.
Matt uses magic, comedy and timing learnt from 20 years of experience to distract people as he steals things. Your guests will have never seen anything like it. They’ll be astonished, often cry laughing, and talk about it for a long time to come.
He gives everything back too!
Pickpocketing Jesse Lingard’s Tie…
This clip of film went viral after Matt stole Jesse Lingard’s tie (he’s a MUFC and England footballer – in case you didn’t know!). It was filmed by Romelu Lukaku at the Manchester United UNICEF Dinner 2019. Lukaku posted it to his Instagram account.

Mind-Reader
Iain astounds audiences, often telling them words they may have thought of, describing pictures they drew secretly, by appearing to influence their behaviour, making uncannily accurate predictions and occasionally even naming their pets! He also uses his skills to win at simple games and of course he’s not allowed anywhere near casinos!
He’s not really psychic, he’s a magician Mind-Reader that uses techniques of suggestion, influence, NLP and perhaps a few Jedi mind tricks, to appear to be psychic, and your guests will swear he’s as close as it comes without a superpower. As Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff MBE put it on TV, “Utterly brilliant – you’re amazing!”
Magician
Andy specialises in misdirection-based magic. To give one example: he’ll put your card under your drink on the table in front of you and everyone will swear he never went near it. The funny thing is he’ll tell you it’s misdirection – and do it again! It is amazing to see live. He doesn’t show your guests tricks with elastic bands! And we are unique in our ability to work together secretly to deliver simply astonishing magic.
Andy’s sleight of hand magic has been honed over more than a decade of full-time event performances. And your guests will roar with laughter with his sense of fun and cheeky delivery.
After Dinner Finale Show
The Magic Waiters are the only magical act in the UK made up of a pickpocket, a mind-reader and a magician. We can guarantee to bring something new and unique to your event.
