Our act is an undercover comedy waiters magic act, a little like the Singing Waiters acts, but with magic. It provides entertainment for your reception drinks, table entertainment during the meal – and an after-dinner show. It is a unique entertainment experience and simply a great fun evening for your guests, full of magic and laughter, and will help to make your event unforgettable!

What happens?
The Magic Waiters’ undercover magical waitering transforms what could be just another dinner into an unforgettable event. It’s a whole new twist to the standard format of table-hopping magic. There’s no card tricks and no magical introduction…
Reception Drinks
Disguised as waiters from the venue The Magic Waiters like to be involved in everything from the start of your event – establishing themselves as genuine staff. Their approach is subtle and believable – it is not a “wacky waiter” show!
They look after your guests, taking their coats, serving canapés and champagne, and catering for them with plausible, but slightly eccentric service. The introduction of some simple impromptu magic takes guests by surprise – e.g. making a coin vanish or a little pot of jam appear…
Dinner & Table Entertainment
Having kept a low profile their unusual personalities slowly develop whilst serving at the tables. Their spoon-bending, bottle-producing, pickpocketing antics comically escalate between courses. In fact, it is far more magical when your guests see their waiter bend a spoon or make a bottle go through a table than when a magician does it. It’s an astounding magical evening, full of fun, laughter, amazement, surprises and a kicker effect… as it slowly dawns on guests that they have been a part of an entertaining undercover magical scam.
After Dinner Comedy Act
The Magic Waiters’ cover is finally fully blown as they combine over coffee to present their finale after dinner show. This starts with a surprise: “Something has been handed in. Can you all check your wrists? Is anyone missing a watch?” It’s a fabulous moment when an entire audience goes quiet, checks their wrists, realise a lot of people are, and then they start laughing…
It’s a 20 minute comedy act that includes the whole audience, a few volunteers on stage – and maybe even the MD as a guest star? It will fill the room with laughter and applause and will keep your guests talking about your event for a long time to come.
Our Show...
Here is a quick clip of the magic and laughter we have brought to events throughout the UK and abroad for over a decade. If you have seen a Singing Waiters act (we often perform along side them – or the year after them) and like the concept, we are similar. But you don’t want to hear us sing! We can perform magic though. We also differ because we actually entertain throughout the drinks reception and around the tables – and then perform a show.
We start by returning watches we have stolen…

If we have performed The Magic Waiters act we (obviously!) aren’t able to get away with the same undercover concept the following year – if it is the same audience. However, the good news is that we can entertain with our fabulous Pickpocket Mind-Reader Magician act!
When we are booked to do this we actually have a good laugh with the guests as they re-cap anecdotes from our undercover surprise the year before (we have even been booked for 5 years in a row at the same conference). We then fry their brains with entirely different magic…
